Refunds must be requested within 10 days of receiving your product. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for refunds.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds cover the cost of the product only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fees and Timelines: A 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process after approval.
